Registration Information

Everyone attending any portion of the conference must be registered.

Conference Registration Options

• Register online (starting June 24)
  
• Fill out the PDF registration form and email to Jamie Adams.
  
• Call 562-799-5509 and register over the phone.

We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Deadlines

• Pay by Thursday August 27, 2026 for the best registration rates.
• Cancellations after August 27 must be made in writing and are subject to a $100 per person processing fee. 
• No refunds will be issued after Monday, August 31, 2026.

Policies 

• Retired employees of member companies can register at the spouse registration rate and will receive all the benefits of full conference registration.
• Attendee substitution is permitted. 
• Registration and attendance at or participation in this conference constitute an agreement by the registrant to Pac-West’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio recordings of such events and activities.
