Exhibitor Information

The Pacific-West Fastener Association is proud to announce our 2026 Tabletop Show, to be held Thursday, March 12, during our Spring Conference at The Westin Anaheim Resort in Anaheim, California.

Advance registration is complimentary to all fastener distributors who want to attend just the tabletop portion of the conference. This will increase your exposure to the Southern California market and to Pac-West members. On average more than 300 people participate in this tabletop show.

All exhibitors will be listed on the Pac-West website, social media posts, and email blasts.

Additional Information

  • The last day to reserve an exhibitor table is Wednesday, February 18.
  • Exhibitor companies are limited to one table.
  • If electrical power is needed, there is an additional fee of $75.
  • Tables that need power will be placed along the perimeter of the conference hall near an outlet.

Exhibitor tables will be assigned after the February 18 deadline. Please make sure your fees to exhibit are paid by this date and the online exhibitor agreement has been completed.
