Exhibitor Information

The Pacific-West Fastener Association is proud to announce our 2025 Tabletop Show, to be held Thursday, March 13, during our Spring Conference at The Westin Anaheim Resort in Anaheim, California.

Advance registration is complimentary to all fastener distributors who want to attend just the tabletop portion of the conference. This will increase your exposure to the Southern California market and to Pac-West members. On average more than 300 people participate in this tabletop show.

We have several registration options for exhibitors. The fees listed below will increase approximately three weeks before the event.

All exhibitors will be listed on the Pac-West website and on a digital flyer to share with distributors.

Additional Information

  • Exhibitor companies are limited to one table.
  • If electrical power is needed, there is an additional fee of $75.
  • Tables that need power will be placed along the perimeter of the conference hall near an outlet.
  • Shipping guidelines and visitor access can be found on the Resources web page.
