Attendees are eligible for a special room rate of $249 (plus tax) by:

• The group rate is available from March 14 - 20, 2022.

Reserve your room by Friday, March 11 to get our group rate. Remember, rooms can sell out prior to this deadline. 

If your company will require more than four rooms at the conference, please contact [email protected] so we can ensure our contracted room block will meet your needs.

Pac-West has a contracted room block at this hotel that we must fulfill or we pay penalties. Please consider reserving your rooms here and not other local properties. Thank you!

WARNING: Contracted guestroom blocks for meetings have become victims to hotel poachers. The company is called Exhibition Hotel Management and they sometimes have been able to contact members attending the meeting. This results in guestrooms not being booked inside our block. The poachers have sent copies of a form requesting a credit card. It all looks very legitimate.

Pac-West COVID-19 Event Policy
Pacific-West Fastener Association is committed to protecting persons attending association meetings and events, including members, staff, guests, speakers, vendors, and other support personnel such as security guards, AV technicians, food service workers, and the like (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Attendees”).  As such, all event Attendees shall follow federal, state, and local guidelines regarding COVID-19 in effect at the time of the event.

Parking

Valet and self-parking for overnight guests is $30 per day. Self-parking for those not staying at the hotel is $20 per day. Visit the registration desk for a discounted day-rate sticker.

Travel

The Westin Anaheim Resort is 12 miles from John Wayne-Orange County Airport (SNA), 21 miles from Long Beach Airport, and 34 miles from LAX. This hotel does not provide airport transportation.
