Our hospitality hours on Wednesday and Thursday provide great opportunities for meeting and greeting fellow members and guests. Pick up your conference badge along with a drink and a snack! 

Golf at The Quarry * (optional)
Thursday, October 21, 9:00 AM Shotgun Start

Join fellow golfers for a 9:00 a.m. shotgun start on Wednesday, October 21 at The Quarry Golf Course in San Antonio. The $85 fee covers the green fee, cart, and range balls. Let us know if you’ll have a foursome or if there is anyone you’d like to be paired with. Transportation is not provided, but if you need a ride let us know and we can help arrange one for you. 

Craft Cruiser - Beer, BBQ, and Bourbon Tour (optional)
Thursday, October 21, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Our Thursday morning optional event is a fun day in San Antonio with the Craft Cruiser Brewery Tour. We'll visit the Alamo Brewing Company, enjoy a BBQ lunch catered by the Smoke Shack, then head to Ranger Creek Brewing and Distilling where we’ll learn how both beer and bourbon are made. The $175 registration fee includes transportation, brewery tours, one drink at each location, a BBQ lunch, and lots of fun!

Welcome Reception
Thursday, October 21, 7:00 PM -  9:00 PM

Join us Thursday evening for our time-honored tradition of starting off the conference with good friends, good conversation, and plenty of food (you won’t need dinner reservations). The Welcome Reception is always a great casual evening with fastener friends.

Cookies with Suzy and River Shuttle to Lunch * (optional)
Friday, October 22, 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM

You'll start your morning in a cookie decorating class with our own Suzy Cravens (Advance Components) then hop on the San Antonio River Shuttle to the Pearl District for lunch. The $65 registration fee includes cookie decorating with Suzy, refreshments, roundtrip riverboat shuttle, and lunch.

Friday Dinner at The Buckhorn Saloon & Museum
Friday, October 22, 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM

On Friday evening we'll kick up our spurs and head over to the Buckhorn Saloon & Museum - where history was made and legend lives. This is where Teddy Roosevelt recruited Rough Riders and Pancho Villa is rumored to have planned the Mexican Revolution.  Dinner along with access to the museum is included with your conference registration.
